We Are Really Meant to Shine
Like the brilliance of the sun, the true light within us at our core shines brightly. Unfortunately, most of us have forgotten who we really are - that we are an integral part of the perfection of Nature. Our light has been eclipsed by limiting beliefs, judgments from ourselves and others, feelings of unworthiness and lack. The truth of who we are has been enshrouded, and it doesn’t feel good. It’s not natural; it is not our true nature. So we try to feel better by covering up our insecurities in the way in which we project ourselves to the world because we fear that others will see all of our perceived shortcomings. We look to the newest self-help regimen or diet fad to improve ourselves. If we get the right job, relationship, house, vehicle, body size, and so on, we think we will find contentment. But instead, it becomes a tiring, stressful, vicious cycle—until we’ve had enough. Are you ready to release all that is standing in your way and reveal the brilliant light that you are?

As your coach, my role is to support you in creating the life that you desire. In a safe, nonjudgemental way, I help you gain a new sense of perspective of how to navigate perceived obstacles that are holding you back, and discover insights that you may be overlooking. I hold space for you to trust your own intuition and wisdom. I help you discover your true self that wants to shine.
