How many coaching sessions do I need?
That all depends on what your goals are. Are you trying to make a single important decision in an area of your life, or are you wanting to overhaul an area of your life? Do you desire a safe place to dismantle old limiting beliefs, release negative thinking, and create new possibilities for your life? Then investing a bigger chunk of time to create new pathways of success for yourself may be what you are looking for. Whatever your goals may be, there is no set amount of time for you to receive coaching. It is most effective when utilized over a sustained period of time, but you will be the best judge of the optimal length of time for us to work together.
Practical Details
- Coaching sessions are held remotely over the phone and last 50 minutes.
- Email support between sessions, optional daily text accountability, and resources for success are included.
