FAQ
Q: How many days does the program last?
A: The entire program lasts 16 days. The phases of the plan include a kick-off Zoom call on the first day, 4 pre-detox days to prepare, 7 days of detox days, and 4 transition days when you will begin adding foods back in that aren't allowed during the 7 days of detoxing.
Q: Does this plan involve fasting?
A: No, there is no fasting involved in this detox. You will be eating real food three times a day with optional snacks. There is no reason that you should ever go hungry.
Q: What kind of support do you provide?
A: I will support you with a Zoom call prior to the first prep day to go over the protocol and answer questions. I will also give you daily email support throughout the remaining 15 days, and I will be available to answer any questions that may arise throughout the program in our private FaceBook group.
Q: What if I am not available for the kick-off Zoom call?
A: The Zoom call will be recorded for you to listen to at a later time if you aren't available at the time it is held. You can also email me questions prior to the actual call, and I will answer them during the call.
Q: What foods and beverages are not allowed on the detox?
A: You will receive a complete list of foods and beverages not allowed on the detox in your Detox Guide. Foods that are generally more difficult to digest or those that often cause sensitivities and allergies are not consumed during the program. You will also avoid caffeine, alcohol, and sugar. During the prep days, you will slowly ease off the foods and beverages not allowed during the detox to avoid unpleasant withdrawal symptoms.
Q: How much weight will I lose after completing the program?
A: This is different for everyone, but most people lose at least 3 to 5 pounds during the 16 days.
