Be a part of an interactive online course and discover

how to enhance your quality of life by integrating multiple

aspects of balancing your body, mind, and spirit.



In this 6-week virtual course you will discover:


the difference between primary and secondary foods and how to make sure you're

well-fed with both kinds.


ways to improve your relationship with yourself and others.


how to ensure that your career is fulfilling and aligns with your values.


what physical activities are right for you and how to balance them with your busy life.


ways to deepen your spirituality so that you experience connection to yourself, nature, and the true essence of life.



You will acquire tools for:


implementing self-care into your routine.


de-stressing and getting centered, calm, or energized.



In addition, you will receive:


information about some specific foods for optimal health ~ "food as medicine."


tasty recipes that incorporate these foods.


a 25 minute, private one-on-one virtual coaching session with me.



Each week's class will equip you with knowledge, tools, guidance, and support to  incorporate small, incremental changes into your daily life creating positive results for your health and well-being ~ your Whole Health.



Course Details

Whole Health Integration meets for one hour via Zoom for 6 weeks,

Thursday, July 22nd through Thursday, August 26th. TBD

Due to unforeseen circumstances, this course will be rescheduled for a later date.


Daytime and evening classes are offered. Enroll in whichever class best fits into your schedule:


Daytime (11:00 A.M. Pacific/12:00 P.M. Mountain/1:00 P.M. Central/2:00 P.M. Eastern)

Evening (5:00 P.M. Pacific/6:00 P.M. Mountain/7:00 P.M. Central/8:00 P.M. Eastern)


Cost for the course is $150 per person.
